We offer delivery across India through trusted courier partners.

3. Shipping Charges
- Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹5,000.
- For orders below ₹5,000, a flat shipping rate of ₹100 will be charged.
- Express shipping charges (if opted) will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
4. Delivery Locations
We deliver to most locations across India. However, some remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable. In such cases, our team will contact you for alternative solutions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor the delivery status.
6. Delays & Exceptions
- While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, high demand, or unforeseen logistics issues.
- Alpine Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers but we will assist you in resolving any issues promptly.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or order details. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
